Tom Carpenter, owner of Carpenter and Associates, has over 30 years of management and executive experience including 27 years at The Boeing Company. Specialties include information systems, information management, strategic planning, organizational development, business continuity planning, asset management, and business process and systems engineering. Tom has broad experience in organizational and staff management functions. With his wife, he owns and operates a retail and wholesale business along with providing business consulting. Current projects include the development of the business continuity/disaster plans for The Seattle Humane Society.

Tom also volunteers his time for community-related projects including flooding and resource conservation. He has a particular interest in growth managment and uses architectural and business outcome and asset management principles as aids.

Jim Brennan, an associate in Carpenter and Associates and employee of The Boeing Company, provides subject matter expertise in business continuity and disaster response. Jim has over 30 years of business experience and has spent over a decade providing leadership and support to business continuity methods, tools, and planning.

Jim and his wife own a highly decorated breeding and training program for Irish Water Spaniels and Vizslas. Jim currently is the President of the National Irish Water Spaniel Club. Jim has shown at Westminster and holds records in international titles for many of his dogs.
